Sales operations assistant

Your responsibilities:

• Support in preparation of quotes and offers for engineering services in automotive segment (Battery Systems / SW & HW / Fuel Cells / Test Services / Software Tools)
• Preparation of company service portfolios and marketing materials
• Documentation reviews (NDAs, RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, Offers)
• Responsibility for running processes, maintaining internal systems (sales procedures and handover to project execution)
• Support for modelling the sales process (support in preparation of company business models / business plans in new areas)
• Market screening (looking for new companies, new Customers)
• Being responsible for own tasks (we are working together to get common goal, but everyone has own tasks)

Your profile:

• University student in the faculty of: Electrical Engineering / Automotive and Construction Machinery / Administration,
• Electronics and Information Technology / Mechanics / Power Engineering / Aviation / Mechatronics / and othersAvailability 100h or 120h per month
• Profound communication skills and ability to work in a teamAdvanced analytical skills (problem solving, critical thinking, research, decision-making)
• Highly motivated and independent
• Very good communication skills (within local team, but also in different AVL affiliates + Customers)
• Very good English and Polish skills, German will be a plus
• Personality is more than anything else!
