your tasks:
• contacting with business customers via email/ phone
• resolving customer queries
• supporting team in daily activities
• preparing the reports, analysis, and presentations
• taking part in process improvement projects
• working on a project together with other team members
• posting and registering documents

• B2 English
• nice to have – any of additional EU language: IT, DE, FR, ES
• fast learner, analytical thinking
• not afraid of oral communication, good communication skills
• knowledge of MS Office
• attention to detail, focus on accurate data entry, time management and working with deadlines
