Your tasks:

• contacting with business vendors/suppliers via email/ phone
• resolving customer queries
• invoice Processing, Accounts Payable invoices on holds resolution
• supporting team in daily activities
• compliance check of documentation & contracts
• entering data into the system
• working on a project together with other team members
