Women in International Security Poland (WIIS Poland)

Are you a young woman passionate about international security, defense industry, or STEM – and eager to develop skills needed to build your career in the field of security? Join the 4th edition of the Young Leaders in Security 2025–2026 mentoring program!

This 10 month long programme offers a unique opportunity to learn directly from experienced professionals, develop practical skills, and become part of a vibrant network of women shaping the future of security. The program includes one-on-one mentoring sessions, expert workshops, and study visits to conferences and institutions shaping today’s security. The programme will be concluded by participation in Warsaw Security Forum 2026.

The program is conducted fully in English and participation is free of charge; however, it does not cover travel, accommodation, or meal expenses.

Application is open until the 9th of December.

Application process:
Applicants are asked to fill in the online application form and attach the required documents. Candidates will be selected based on the information provided in the application form. Only 15 candidates will be chosen to participate in the programme.

• One combined letter including both the
• Letter of Motivation

• to Mentor (your expectations from engaging with a mentor and goals for the next
• 5 years)
