TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST

TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST

(based in Warsaw, Poland)

YOUR ACTIVITIES

·       Receiving inquiries from customers through various communication channels (www, chat, telephone)
·        Solving current problems related to devices and applications in IT areas
·       Providing high-quality customer service as well as quality and timely solutions
·       User application support and error diagnosis (II line of support)
·       Substantive cooperation with external suppliers of services and equipment as part of solving problems
WHAT WE EXPECT

·       Good English, which allows you to communicate freely with foreign clients (minimum B2 level) – a necessary condition

·       Polish, minimum C1

·       Experience in customer service

·       Excellent communication skills

·       High level of personal culture

·       Conscientiousness, responsibility and punctuality

·       Ability to independently organize time and tasks, manage priorities

·        A passion for solving problems and presenting the best solutions

·       Experience in working with MS Excel

·       Good knowledge of issues related to the Windows 7/8.x or 10 operating system and software installation

Nice to have:

•         Experience in a similar position
•         Good knowledge of issues related to databases, including SQL
•         Knowledge of the Visual Studio environment
