Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and skilled User Researcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both qualitative and quantitative research methods, with a focus on analyzing player feedback and presenting comprehensive reports to our clients. This role is crucial in helping us understand our players’ needs and improving their gaming experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and conduct user research studies, including gameplay observation, surveys, focus groups, one-on-one interviews, and usability testing.
• Gather and review survey responses to extract meaningful insights.
• Conduct in-depth one-on-one interviews with players to understand their experiences and feedback.
• Analyze both qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends and patterns.
• Compile comprehensive feedback reports and present findings to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with game clients, internal teams, and other team members to integrate user feedback into the game development process.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in user research and video game design.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Game Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in user research, preferably in the video games industry.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Passion for video games and a deep understanding of player behavior.

Additional Info: For now, this is just a work proposal for two days – April 22–23, 2025.
(Payment is based on hours worked and will be made at the end of each workday. Expect around          6–8 hours of work per day.)
