Internship in Sales & Marketing, E-Mobility products (advanced English required)

Location & commitments:

• Internship / part-time job, min. 20 hours per week, 6-12 months mandate contract,
• Warszawa (office at Konstruktorska Street),
• hybrid model possible after achieving independence.

Your IMPACT:

Technical Documentation Translation:

• assist in translating technical documentation, product specifications, and manuals from English to Polish language, ensuring accuracy and clarity
• help in preparing user-friendly guides and documents for various stakeholders
• contribute to the creation of technical documentation that complies with market requirements, including regulatory standards and industry best practices
• work closely with the engineering and product teams to understand product specifications and ensure accurate documentation

Client and Partner Collaboration:

• assist in establishing and maintaining relationships with clients and business partners in the electromobility sector
• support in coordinating meetings, communication, and follow-ups with customers and partners to ensure satisfaction and alignment with their needs

Market and Competitor Analysis:

• conduct research and analysis on the electromobility market, identifying key trends, opportunities, and challenges
• monitor competitors’ activities, product offerings, and pricing strategies to provide insights that will inform strategic decision-making

Sales and Marketing Support:

• Provide support to the sales and marketing teams in creating promotional materials, campaigns, and events related to electromobility products.
• Help in managing social media channels, ensuring content is relevant and engaging for target audiences.

This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the rapidly growing electromobility industry while developing a wide range of professional skills in sales, marketing, and technical documentation

Your Profile:

• Student of technical university (3 year bachelor’s degree students and older),
• willingness to learn and contribute to various aspects of sales, marketing, and product-related activities
• fluency in both English and Polish, both written and spoken, is essential
• proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• familiarity with the e-mobility industry or a strong interest in electric vehicles and sustainable technology might be an asset
