Your Tasks:
– Support internal teams about relevant technical information/solutions for Passenger cars and Commercial vehicles.
– Team up with product BU´s, suppliers, quality, product engineering to regularly to get deep knowledge about the products/systems.
– Scan Salesforce, Microsoft Teams and ServiceDesk from customer’s cases and develop talking points/slides and create and validate knowledge articles.
– Support the repair of our products by providing new guidelines & test instructions.
– Guide & Educate sales teams via local trainers to get updates and deep knowledge about ZF AM products.
Your Profile:
– Workshop leader passenger, or master mechanic /mechanic/ with practical experience on passenger cars repairs, service & customer experience is a plus.
– High technical product & system specifications, reading technical drawings and diagrams.
– General technical, vehicle and comprehensive product and system knowledge across the ZF Aftermarket systems and products
– Long year repair or technical product support experience 5+ years
– Polish and English language in fluent written and verbal form
– Excellent interpersonal, networking, communication, and presentation skills
– Enhanced knowledge in Microsoft Office products
